What is Blitz?
Blitz is a pre-event networking tool. It empowers you to navigate through networking events with precision, purpose, and ease and provides a space where you can know your peers before the event to strategically plan your interactions.
How much is Blitz?
Blitz is currently in its free Beta for the next three months.
Do you need to download anything to use Blitz?
No. Blitz is web based, so there is no downloading required. You are able to access Blitz from any browser on desktop or mobile.
Where do I get started for my event?
Once signed up for an account, click on ‘create group’ and fill in the details for your event. You can decide if you would like the group to be private (requires accepting attendees), or public (automatically added into the group). Finally, send your attendees the URL of your group to have them added into it.
Can I save attendees to my profile?
Yes, you can shortlist other attendees so that you know who you would like to speak to at the event. Note that this is private and only you will be able to see that they are shortlisted.
Where has Blitz been used?
Blitz is typically used at networking events - both formal and informal - as well as speed dating, community building events, investor/company matchmaking, and education functions. Blitz can be used for any type of event where attendees can benefit from seeing who will be attending and what their interests are.
What is a prompt or question?
Blitz allows users to add and answer questions or prompts to their profile to signal to other attendees what they may be interested in talking about at the event. These can be both professional or personal questions to help break the ice.
